1.Booking & Training Terms

1.1
A booking is confirmed only when payment is received.

1.2
By booking a scuba diving activity, you agree to follow all Aquanaut Scuba & Scuba Academy safety procedures and instructor directions.

1.3
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from training without refund.

2. Medical Requirements

2.1
All divers must complete the official PADI Diver Medical Questionnaire truthfully before participating in any in-water activity.

2.2
If a medical clearance is required, you must obtain it before training begins.

3.3
If you experience a change in health, illness, or injury after completing your medical form, you must notify us immediately.

3.4
Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in termination of training without refund.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

4.1 Rescheduling by the customer:

• More than 7 days’ notice: free reschedule

• 48–72 hours: £25 admin fee

• Less than 48 hours: session lost

4.2 Cancellation by the customer:

• More than 14 days: refund minus £25 admin fee

• 7–14 days: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days: no refund

4.3 No-shows or lateness:
Sessions missed or shortened due to lateness are non-refundable.

4.4 Cancellation by Aquanaut Scuba / Scuba Academy:
We may cancel or reschedule for safety or operational reasons.
You may choose a refund or a new date. No further compensation is provided.

5. Under-18s

• A parent/guardian must complete all required forms

• A responsible adult must remain on-site unless agreed otherwise

• We may refuse participation if supervision requirements are not met

6. Equipment Use

6.1
We provide equipment maintained to PADI and HSE standards.

6.2
You must use equipment responsibly.

6.3
Damage due to misuse may incur repair or replacement costs.

7. eLearning Access

Once a PADI eLearning code is issued:

• It is non-refundable

• It is non-transferable

• It must be completed before pool/ocean sessions

8. Variation of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Revised Terms apply from the date they are published on the website.
